Huge decision last week. Bought my own place !!!! Got an apartment , nothing fancy its a one bed room, hall, kitchen kind of setup. The property rates in Mumbai have gone through the roof and I had almost given hope of getting a deal done. I hadn't even taken my cheque book to do the booking , really didn't expect to like the place and book it so suddenly !!

Few payment formalities , loan procedures still left. But shouldn't take a lot of time. Would have loved to get a place near my family home, but didn't want to stretch my budget too much. Its like a 40 minutes drive from here so not a big deal.

IPL Season 3 has started and Mumbai Indians rocked !!! We have won 3 out of 4 games. Big shocker this week when two new clubs were signed for big $$ Even big football clubs like Chelsea , Liverpool FC haven't come close to the kind of money that was "floating" the other day for these new IPL teams. Its going to be a fun filled months this and the next !! Cheers !!

Morning update ...

Didn't sleep through , went for the morning walk at the beach ... wasn't able to jog for more than a min, so for now just restricting in morning walks.

Been watching 2 and a half men season 5...its hilarious !!

Big plans for Tom'rw

Thinking of going for an early morning walk/jog from tomorrow. Lets see how it works out...

For now just on weekends!! Yeah weekendS :) I just figured on weekdays I am too tired and have lot of errands to do and can sleep only by 1-2 at night.

But shiet happens and I just lost my bluetooth headset. Hope doesn't get too boring ... will prolly call A & R
from next sunday, if they are prepared to wake up early..going to beach for tomorrow's run..

Colors

We had the festival of colors here on monday, which is spent mostly applying colors to friends, relatives and drinking booze [Doesn't really need an occassion ;)] . Not a very remarkable day for me though. I did go out for a while to meet friends but otherwise Spent most of the time sleeping & cleaning the house. There is some landscaping work going around my apartment and the rooms are getting dirtier by the day. Requires lot of cleaning.

I hadn't visited the DM boards for a while. While doing so, I remembered I wasn't a member of the site yet. The only payment option was through a credit card, so I went ahead and made the payment. Since the subscription is in US $ , I wasn't sure my card would work. But it seems it did. I tried to get a statement for my card, but there is some big issue with the software the bank is using and my query wasn't resolved.

Past few weeks have been really busy. I work for 5 days a week , not a big deal I suppose. But those 5 days I need to spend time at work very judiciously. Since there is too much of work sometimes and very little time. I am training a bunch of people in my company. Most of them are almost 6-9 years more experienced than me !! Its really awkward sometimes due to the age difference and also I have to explain as if I am an expert in that area [which I am ;) ] But its fun.

Few days back , I had gone to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, it was magnificent. I was there on Valentine's Day :D

Guess will need to add another post later. Too tired to type now. Going to bed.
