Hangover !

After getting selected on 15March, I have been more or less in La la land. It took 4 days for my feelings to sink in! I have to clear the medical screening test next month. I might visit my ophthalmologist n rheumy. So that I can collect any letter that could help me with my employment.

Since last few days I haven't been doing anything productive :P I better shape up. Have to be physically fit, also have to study for examinations for coming semester. Lots of work to do.

YOOOHOOOOO !!!

I finally DID IT !!! Got a great job in one of the best IT companies in the country. I simply cant believe it. Truly luck has such a big bearing on the outcome of certain situations in life!

Just 3 days back , I was disappointed because I wasn't selected by another organisation which is considered to be one of the best. 2 days later , I am clutching my knees n legs at 2-3am coz I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I had tried everything. The meds advised by my doc seem to work very slow. I got up early at 7:15 after gettin hardly any good amount of sleep.

We had a test, followed by a group discussion n finally the HR interview. After waiting for almost 12 hrs with just a packet of biscuits for lunch , I was famished. Was really relieved that I have a job offer letter in my hands now. Although I donot have to start work soon, probably in June 2008 !! Yea thats right !! After I complete my master's degree ! So job hunt not over yet. Will have to work for some organisation for project training in the month of June or July maybe.


Anyways this a great new beginning for me. When I least expected it , I was through with the selection process and to think that I had planned to wrap up things early in the morning and take a nap in the afternoon today !!

Wooff now I am goin 2 sleep. Will wake up late tomorrow ! Hope the pain in leg is gone tomorrow morning atleast ! Phew.

Thats the way it is !

Last 2 weeks have been sheer disbelief. First , we had a mnc coming to our campus for which I wasn't interested 'coz it requires relocation. The next week I was selected for a smaller organisation who are Microsoft Business partners. Pay was good !! But the shocker was when they told me I had to relocate permanently out of town !! So I couldn't accept the offer.

Now under the current circumstances I wouldn't mind goin out of town. But I guess I dont want to test unfamiliar territory , specially for the treatment part. I consider myself in remission coz I can do almost all the normal stuff. But my cpk , n liver enzymes do remain lil higher than normal range. My blood work has shown improvement in past couple of months. Specially the cpk level. Which has lowered to almost 330 ! , which is good news for me!

So I guess , have to wait for few more days before I get recruited by some good employer. The key thing for me at this stage would be to wait patiently for a good organisation to work with. I still have time till mebe May/June. Soooooo have to be patient!

Had a few tests n submissions last week. I performed well in 1 of the papers n scored poorly in 2 others. But will definitely improve during the next test(prolly in week1 of april).

Hoping for the best for the next few weeks !!
