Say Cheese
I had my doc's appointment today. Due to some reasons he had arrived late, so the receptionist told me to come at around 8:30pm. Unfortunately all appointments were delayed due to some reason. Finished up at 11:30 !!
Doc visit was nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't have any complaints as such. Just the usual cpk, liver enzymes story. My stamina seems to have slightly improved since last couple of days. He prolly didn't change the meds. Btw this doc was the homeopathy one and not my rheumy. I am not too keen to go back to rheumy coz dun want to restart any of the prednisone / methotrexate treatment just for the high cpk. Overall I feel pretty good n can do everythin without much troube. Like climbing any number of stairs, walking , working , studying,... So guess I should be fine.
My doc had some assistant docs today. He also wanted to capture the calcinosis on his camcorder. Since last few days , the calcium deposits have reduced by a great deal. They have turned lil black, but the white calcium is almost gone !! So here I was , gettin my snaps taken & a short Q&A session with me was recorded. Funny thing was he framed the questions such that I had improved in those areas. So I was answering questions with "Yea its improving , better,...". At the end of QA he asked me about my eyesight , to which I replied that there wasn't any improvement. Hope that didn't ruin the video :P But he did say that all tests will soon be within normal limits & that I shouldn't worry about anything.
Well so much for a satisfying appointment. I was in there for 25mins. 10mins he was discussing the earlier case, about 10 mins recording the video & 5 mins checking out my experiences in the last month and a half!!
