"FREEZE" ing

I was eagerly awaiting for this time of the year, since I had news of a pending promotion. Last year was really tough with the "slowdown" all promotions were on hold. News finally arrived in. Although had a change in designation will prolly get just a 5% hike or so. Really disappointing. Had been putting in extra hours & working really hard since past couple of months and then you have this..dun knw what the road ahead is gonna be like.

I have spent whole of last month searching for a house , was planning to buy one. Its really difficult now since taking a home loan will prolly drain half my salary. So might delay the proceedings for a while.

Last month had been lots of fun n lots n lots of work. Had been on a roadtrip for 4 days n traveled almost 1000kms from the city. It was a memorable trip, although just the 3 of us, missed Vee & H on that trip. We saw dolphins , did snorkeling , no scuba for me :) I'm not a swimmer

Health wise had trouble late december (liver enzymes) and so had to cancel out on NYE parties. Just chilled with couple of friends across the city , visited all the places we used to hang out during college days.

Its really cold outside today, n my elbows , joints have become all scaly, itchy n painful. Need to put on some cream & go to bed for now !!
